need a second opinion on this one real quick, my washer fluid wont pump. im 99.9 percent sure its the washer fluid pump...but i just thought might as well ask. couldnt hurt. and yes ive got plenty of fluid and the wipers move, just no fluid. so i just figured ill ask to get that extra .1%

With the hood open, and someone to engage the washer pump - can you hear the pump activate?

If yes - you have a blocked line or nozzle.

If no - check your fuses or put volt meter on the wire to see if you're getting 12-volts there. If you're getting voltage - you need to replace your pump.

Yep what he said. Also you can remove it from the resivior most likley and see if it is plugged you can possibly clean it off. Also you can blow out the lines if you have compressed air.
