i was just wondering if it is possible to put a double din radio in a 2001 F-150
i know that the space is more around din and a half. but is it possible to cut where the radio goes to make room.
i have a double din kenwood that i would like to install

any help would be

I put a double din Kenwood in mine for awhile then I went to Alpine.

I just put a Kenwood DPX-701 in my 2001 Supercrew. There is some plastic to remove. Dremel and small saw worked fine.

We put a stack of two single din Alpine units in our Expedition a few years back, and it fit just fine with minor plastic cutting.

Just bust out the Dremmil and start cutting. I did it in my F-150 and the Expy with no problems. Here are some crappy pics:
