Just finished up this project. It has a cutting board on top with a drawer below to hold a set of kitchen knives. I made this for my Niece who is getting married in a couple of weeks, I think.

The cutting board was made from some maple flooring that we pulled from my brother-in-law's house. The box and knife drawer were made from the top from a coffee table I found at a garage sale a while back.

Your not getting into a rut. You are just perfecting your skills.

you locked a rabbit in the knife drawer? wassat?

Dood, Mark, you do killer work...I wish I had 1/10th of your woodworking skills. Hell, I'm trying to build a doghouse in the next couple of weeks, and I've never framed anything in my life! The only hammer I swing typically goes through drywall, and leaves a fatty hole..

Oh, how do you get the wood on top to like that to stack so nice and neatly?

Next time, we need a step by step "How To"....for guys like me..=)
