It is still snowing here in New Hampshire. We got about 6" so far so I decided to go out and plow before it gets too deep.

The first trip down the driveway is always the most fun.

I just read that they have already measured 22.8" in Central Park, New York City. Good luck to everyone down there.

It's finally letting up. After I tile the upstairs bathroom I'll have to go spend an hour behind the snowblower.

It's just about done up here now. My unofficial estimate for New Ipswich, NH is around 9-10"

Glad I don't live in New York City. They set a new record for a single storm at 26.9". Damn!

I went to the NHRA winternationals which looked like it should have been called the sumernationals. It was between 80 and 90 degrees for 4 days straight and not a cloud in the sky.

This winter has been so light in Western New York. We are way low on the total snowfall total for the year. The other day when Eastern NY got hit, we got maybe a 1" and lake Erie which normally freezes over has not this season.
And I am not complaining!

Last week it was in the 60's then we had that monster storm. I am 30 miles from NYC and we got around 20 inches or so.

Some pics:

This was halfway through the storm.

LOL Thats funny.

I actuall saw snow last year here. It was up near Gorman. I can see the mountains near there as Im up on a hill top in Santa Clarita.

I can see the lights of the vehicles going up the grade just north of Castaic.

Thats about 18 miles as the crow flys.

You gotta' try it sometime, Lynn. Driving in the snow can be a blast, if you know what you are doing.
