I have a couple questions regarding my transmission, and for the first time on a Ford, they aren't about durability.
1. What kind do I have? Its a 2000 F-150 2wd, 5.4liter, all heavy duty components (9.75" rear end, 4w disc brakes, towing package, etc.).
2. Would the shifter mount the same as an AOD, if that's not what I have? I see Lokar makes a 23" shifter that bolts up to the AOD, so if it'll mount right up, more power to me. All I have to do is fab up an Overdrive off button.
