 Last week we bought you two new SEMA project trucks, the Turbonetics 2009 F-150 and ICON's Toyota FJ45 classic pickup truck. The 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab truck was put to the test, as well as Toyota placing the Tundra Heavy Duty under its own tests of whether or not the truck will survive. General Motors and Toyota Motor Corporation both announced huge savings deals on new vehicles, and Ford's new 6.7 liter diesel engine was spotted.

 Don't you hate it when you are stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on your way to work and there's some no talent ass clown blasting his stereo so loud even the dead can hear it? Plus they are rapping words such as "I got this killa up inside of me...I can't talk to my mother so I talk to my diary". Double Friday Beerblog: Hearse Con 2008, Complete With Machine Guns, Skulls, And Blow Up Dolls
 You're going to have to check this one out for yourself. Unfortunately, we missed the second annual Hearse Convention 2008, which was held in Englewood, Colorado this month. The rides that showed up are pretty slick though, featuring machine guns mounted on fenders, lots of skulls all over the place, the famous "CARGOYL" Hearse, and blow up dolls. Yes, blow up dolls.  Just in case you wanted to decorate your tires for the next car show, there's a new product on the market called SweetSkinz. What is it? Sweetskinz are colorized graphics that can be printed with specialty inks, which hold special reflective elements inside known as "Retro Reflectivity". This technology allows you to map out your image across the tire without painting it on, using a vulcanizing process. This product might be perfect for the hunter in mind. Camouflaged tires anyone?

Can you believe it's already Monday again? What happened to the weekend? Well, one thing is for sure, at least this week we get to look forward to more exciting news about our economy. SEMA Posts Most Popular Wheel Sizes For Pickups
 "It is very noticeable that enthusiasts are opting for increasingly larger wheels for their vehicles, but what size wheels are mainstream pickup truck owners choosing? You might be surprised at the answer." SEMA has posted new data at their site, based on a study performed by Foresight Research this year in which 1,802 current model pickup truck owners were queried.

Using liquid forged technology for a ligher and stronger wheel, ROUSH has released a new 22-inch truck wheel for the Ford and Lincoln truck crowd. Weighing approximately nine pounds less than comparable cast 20-inch model, it can still withstand high pressures of around 3,000 tons. The wheel fits 2004-2008 Ford and Lincoln models with a suggested retail value of $700.00. More information inside.
Tired of freezing your ass off at the top of a snowy mountain in sub-human temperatures, forced to put on those 20 pound chains to get to your cabin before sundown? Evidently the folks over at Southwest Spectra in Albuquerque, New Mexico have. So they came up with the female-friendly "Spikes Spiders" as an alternative to chains or cables.
At the New York Auto Show, Sean "P. Diddy" Combs announced a partnership with Kansas City wheel manufacturer Weld Wheels where they will be the exclusive producer of the signature Sean John Wheels collection. The musician, fashion designer, actor and entrepreneur Sean P. Diddy Combs has now stepped into the deep end of the after-market wheels with his new agreement with Weld Wheels. The signature Sean John wheel collection will be manufactured using Weld's high quality custom one- and three-piece precision-forged aluminum wheels for sport trucks and luxury SUV's.
