New Lexus LX 570 gets a non-soccer mom makeover
The Lexus LX 570 has been a favorite family hauler since it was released. While it had the creature comforts one becomes accustomed to in owning a Lexus, it still had a bit of a soccer mom moniker floating about it. Lexus is hoping to change that perception with the new styling changes and adding a few more luxury tweaks as well.
On the outside the LX 570 gets LED running lights, new style mirrors equipped with turn signal indicators, some smoothed outside lines and a slightly more aggressive front fascia. The interior sees changes in the addition of several power adapters, new style wood trim, custom color lighting in the instrument cluster and entertainment area, and a new Easy Access system that retracts the seat and steering wheel for the driver. We will have to see if these new changes are enough to draw a larger crowd to the LX 570 and start to give it more of a luxury image other than just “comfy kid hauler.”
