Yesterday we said that according to a SEMA.org article, a Cadillac Escalade EXT owner spent the most money on their pickup in 2008.

Well SEMA.org also conducted a study of the top 10 most popular full-size pickup truck accessories. Here are the results from that study including their percentages with heavy duty trailer hitches winning the most popular accessory:

1) Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch at 70.5 percent
2) Satellite Radio at 61.6 percent
3) Running Boards at 59.9 percent
4) Fog Lamps at 57.2 percent
5) Custom Floormats at 49.2 percent
6) Spray-On Bedliner at 48 percent
7) Custom Wheels at 45.9 percent
8) Tailgate Protector at 43.2 percent
9) iPod/MP3 Connectivity at 42.2 percent
10) Wheel Splash Guards at 41.6 percent
