Nissan Issues Air Bag Recall, includes Murano SUV
The Detroit News is reporting that Nissan Motor Company have issued a recall of more than 200,000 vehicles which includes their 2007 to 2008 Murano sports utility vehicle, to fix a sensor system error that involves the passenger side air bag. The electronic component can interrupt a signal within the sensor, preventing the passenger air bag from deploying. A spokesman for Nissan stated there have “been no injuries or crashes” and that “most of the recalled vehicles are in the United States”.
